Meet My Team

Myla began her career in Real Estate in 1970 in the Land Title Industry where she worked for 16 years. She worked as an Escrow Officer/Closer for Hexter-Fair Title Company’s Commercial division and served as Vice-President and Manager of Southwest Land Title (now North American Title) Company’s Commercial Division in Dallas , where she closed what was the largest transaction in Texas history with her major client, Vantage Properties.

In 1986, Myla began purchasing and selling Commercial Properties, primarily raw land.

In 1988 she obtained her Texas Real Estate License and formed Patton International Enterprises, Inc., a Texas Corporation.

Myla founded Patton International Properties, a boutique brokerage specializing in luxury homes and developments, along with her mother Billie Montine Haucke. She is a veteran Real Estate broker who started her successful, 30 year career with Ebby Halliday Realtors.

Over the past 2 ½ years Patton International has grown to 6 agents and has expanded to include homes in all price points as well as commercial properties. Current listing inventory is in excess of $50 million with 2008 sales exceeding $10million (in what was arguably, a weak market).

The company continues to grow and is well respected throughout the real estate community.

Myla’s hobbies include mountain climbing, high lake and stream fishing, snow skiing, and cycling. In 1977, she co-founded a Charity supporting and assisting the impoverished American Indian families in the Dallas/Fort-Worth Metroplex. For 30 years, she has been aiding families in need of assistance through the Native American's Inter Tribal Nation. She is also a sponsor/volunteer for The Genesis Women's Shelter, The Rainbow Room, The Plano Medical Center and The Love Life Foundation (assisting at risk children)

Myla is a member of the Prestonwood Baptist Church . She has been active in the Richardson and Plano Chambers' of Commerce and served on the Board of the Collin County Child Protective Services along with assisting the Collin County Human Resource Center .

Charles Hendrix, co founder and Executive Director of Patton International Properties, is a native Texan and has been a Dallas area resident for thirty years.

With an extensive background in business management, training and business consulting, Charles manages the day to day operation of Patton International Properties as well as providing training and guidance to our team of Realtors.

Charles works with Sellers and Buyers to insure they obtain the best price and terms.

Jennifer Zurita decided to pursue a career in Real Estate because she loves interaction with people and always looks to lend a helping hand to others. A Collin county resident for over 15 years, Jennifer has developed a firm knowledge of the Allen, Plano, Frisco and McKinney communities. Jennifer specializes in Buyer's Representation in Collin and Dallas Counties. In addition to working with buyers Jennifer is responsible for the majority of all Patton International Properties' marketing.

Cheryl brings over thirty years in the real estate field, beginning her career in the land title industry in 1971 where she worked as Office Manager, Escrow Officer and Vice President. Cheryl became a licensed real estate agent in 1981. Her experience includes residential, both pre-owned and new construction, commercial, farmland and acreage properties.

Cheryl, her husband and their six children have lived in the lakeside community of Little Elm for more than twenty years. They were active members of the Denton County Foster Parent Association for twelve years, where Cheryl served on the Board as Secretary and then Vice President for many of those years.

The Libberts are active members of St. Francis Catholic Church in Frisco. Cheryl has been a volunteer teacher for St. Francis at several different grade levels and a volunteer with the “Aids Supper Club”.
